Leftover Rotisserie Chicken Soup

  • Rotisserie chicken leftovers
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 3 stalks of celery
  • salt and pepper
  • water


Pull the remaining chicken off the bones and place in a slow cooker. Add 4 carrots, 1 onion chopped up, 3 stalks of celery chopped up and salt and pepper. Once you have all the ingredients in the slow cooker, fill it up with water until you've got all the items covered. Cook for 6-8 hours on low.
