Jalapeno Leprechaun Hard Cider Chutney
- 6 roasted poblano peppers
- 6 roasted jalapenos
- 1 bag frozen fruit (mangos, pineapple, apricot)
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup Leprechaun Hard Cider

Cut up roasted peppers, mix with fruit and cook in large pot. Add sugar and cider and mix. Continue to cook the mixture down in low heat. Once you have a thick jam like consistency, add ingredients to a blender to liquefy. If you'd like thicker you can reduce it more.
