Healthy Turkey Sliders

  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Hot dog buns
  • Ground turkey
  • Tomatoes
  • Black pepper
  • Kosher salt


Cut hot dog buns into thirds.

Add some olive oil to the ground turkey. Add salt and pepper to taste to the ground turkey and mix it all together.

Portion out ground turkey into about a tablespoon per slider. Roll each slider portion into a ball. With any flat surface, lightly flatten the ball into a patty.

Set pan on medium heat. Cook sliders on pan.

Build sliders adding tomatoes or any other condiment you'd like.
