  • Can of tomato sauce
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Garlic
  • Parsley
  • 10 oz. of warm water
  • 1 tbsp. of yeast
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 4 1/2 cups of flour
  • Mozzarella cheese

For the sauce, mix a can of tomato sauce, a little olive oil, salt, garlic, and parsley and let it marinate for a couple of hours.

Mix yeast with water and sugar and evenly stir. Let yeast sit for 5-10 minutes. Mix flour and a teaspoon of salt in a bowl, making sure the salt is evenly spread. Take the mix and add it to the yeast. Knead the dough for 3 to 4 minutes. Lightly grease a bowl with olive oil. Roll a ball of dough and place it on the pan. Cover the dough with a warm damp cloth and place it in a dark spot for about 2 hours so the dough can rise. When ready, punch dough to take any air bubbles out.

Put a little flour on a rolling pin and flatten the dough. Cut dough into small circles. If you don't have a cookie cutter, Joey uses the bottom of a thermos.

Place pizzas on a baking sheet and spread a tablespoon of sauce and grated mozzarella cheese on to each. Bake at 400 degrees for 6 to 10 minutes.
