Healthy Broiled Buffalo Wings

  • uncooked chicken wings and drum sticks
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • olive oil
  • black pepper
  • kosher salt
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced

Directions

Coat wings with olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Squeeze lemon juice from a fresh lemon and add to the wings. Chop garlic clove and add as you'd like.

Set oven to broil at 500 degrees. Place wings on a sheet pan, preferably on an elevated rack where they can cook thoroughly from underneath.

Cook for about 20 minutes or until wings are brown on the outside. Turn oven off and crack door. Let wings sit for another 20 minutes.

Garnish with parsley, and they are ready to serve!
