Grilled Fruit Salad

  • 3 bananas
  • 1 fresh pineapple
  • 2 medium apples
  • 1 loaf angel food cake


1. Heat a gas grill to 375 degree F. Spray a clean grilling mesh with non-stick spray and set aside.

2. Leave the bananas in the peel and slice bananas lengthwise.

3. Slice pineapple into 8 wedges and then cut into fourths.

4. Slice angel food cake into 8 slices. 5. Place cake and fruit on the grilling mesh and grill 2 minutes on each side.

6. Serve angel food cake with fruit and dollop with Creamy Pumpkin Dip.
