DIY Cheese

Making your own cheese is much easier to do than you might think!

You don't have to have fancy equipment, but you do need to make sure you're using stainless steel. If you don't have cheese molds, make sure to use cheese cloth and colanders to get rid of excess liquid.

Some of the ingredients used, like tartaric acid and rennet, can be found online or at specialty restaurant supply stores.

In the end, you'll be saving money and get to brag to your friends about the dishes you made from scratch!

Recipes:
Mozzarella Cheese
Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese
